Marsha Jo was born in Nebraska and raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She graduated from University of Miami in 1996, Humanities School of Massage in 2002, Academy of Lymphatic Studies (Vodder Technique) 2002. And I have several certifications in medical massage, neuromuscular therapy (John Barnes) sports massage and Medical Myotherapy with Robert Haase.
Her father sustained a football injury while he was in College at the University of Nebraska and re-injured himself while playing with Marsha and their family dog when Marsha was very young. He was left paralyzed from the waist down. The doctors told him they could do surgery and possibly cause permanent damage and gave little hope of recovery. He met a gentleman that gave him treatments of massage, chiropractic and traction, within 6 months he was walking again and is still active to this day. Marsha’s Mom then apprenticed under that gentleman and became an LMT, licensed massage therapist, herself. She served as the AMTA, American Massage Therapy Association, President for the South Dakota chapter for several years. Massage is in Marsha Jo’s Blood!

Marsha Jo is a proud mother of two children.

She was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to the Tampa bay area in 1990 with her family.

After a bad car accident at age 9 she began suffering from headaches and started treating with a chiropractor which helped tremendously. That began her love of natural medicine and healing. She then met a massage therapist while attending St. Peterburg College and became extremely interested in the field. She then attended the Humanities Center School of Massage Therapy which has now become Cortiva Institute and graduated with Academic Excellence in 2001. Since that time she has worked with doctors and physical therapists in injury rehab, worked at 5 star resort spas, as well as taught massage therapy for 6 years.

She specializes in deep tissue and Neuromuscular therapy techniques to alleviate pain and chronic tension. She is also very experienced in relaxation massage, prenatal, and geriatric massage. She loves helping clients to feel better and to alleviate pain naturally and in turn be able to live a better life.

As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician with over two decades of experience in the skincare industry, I have developed extensive knowledge in all aspects of skin health. By combining my medical expertise with my background in esthetics, I offer a results-oriented approach to skincare that is both effective and personalized.

To ensure that my clients receive the most advanced products and services, I am committed to continuing my education through post-graduate courses and seminars across the country.

I believe that equipping my clients with the knowledge and tools to achieve their best skin is crucial in helping them reach their skincare goals.

As a pioneer in the skincare industry, Lauren began her journey in Beverly Hills in the late 1970s. After working with top skincare salons, she founded and successfully ran her own business in Los Angeles for 46 years. In 2022, Lauren sold her business and moved to beautiful St. Pete to be closer to family and to continue her career.

Lauren specializes in the classic, luxurious European facial and also offers lash and brow tinting. While in Los Angeles, she worked alongside top plastic surgeons, providing manual lymph drainage facial massage both pre- and post-operatively. This technique is known to speed up the recovery process, reducing bruising and swelling, and allowing the body to heal much faster.

Gwen Thomas studied the doctorate and holds a Masters of Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health, as a graduate of the East West College of Natural Medicine, Sarasota, FL. With an emphasis on healing, she completed her externship at Health South Rehabilitation hospital, Sarasota, FL.

She has worked as a surgical nurse in plastic surgery, dental and oral surgery for more than 15 years. Dr Thomas brings her extensive experience in Western Medicine to her current practice enabling her to be uniquely positioned to bring you true comprehensive alternative health care.
